Film Introduction

The story takes place on a snowy night in a city in the west, where a bag of urea that has been "struggling" is hoisted up high. The snow is getting heavier and heavier, covering everything in sight. The ensuing cases of intimidation, along with the "text cards" left behind by the man in black, have left Lin Xiaodong (Victor Wong), the head of the CID team and the best criminal investigator in the ancient city, at a loss. The accidental death of local old gangster Song Tao makes the case even more confusing, followed by single mother Su Hong (Brigitte Wen) and terminally ill worker David Chen have turned themselves in. With an unsolved case and two murderers turning themselves in, the case is confusing - who is the real killer? The suspects say the truth is not so!
