Film Introduction
September 23, 1965, Sierra Madera, Chihuahua, inland northwest Mexico. The military headquarters of the authorities were attacked by guerrillas composed of students, peasants and teachers. In retaliation, the families of the guerrillas were repressed and persecuted by the authorities. The women and girls resisted tirelessly in their own way to protect the lives of their families.
