The story takes place in two days. Yang Hua and Miao Wei are a young couple living in Wuhai. Yang Hua faces his wife Miao Wei, who is better off than he is, and feels pressure at the same time. Yang Hua's financial lending company, which he owned with a friend, has failed and he is deeply in debt. On this day, family, friends, debt collectors and debtors strangely bumped into each other and successively took away all of Yang Hua's dignity, and Wuhai under the night became his last refuge.
