Film Introduction
The movie tells the story of a shoeshine boy named Martin. He works on the streets of La Paz, Bolivia and decides to steal the dog of his best customer, a lonely tailor. Through Martin's point of view, the film shows his father-like relationship with Mr. Noboa, the tailor, and the moral and emotional challenges he faces growing up.
