Film Introduction

Innocent and kind-hearted Forrest Gump grows up confronted with the unkindness of others, and his childhood friend Jenny is his only friend. Eager to explore the world, Forrest Gump embarks on a journey to find the meaning of life. He accidentally participates in many of the major events of the second half of the 20th century, rubbing shoulders with many historical figures such as John F. Kennedy, Richard Nixon, John Lennon, and the yet-to-be-famous Elvis Presley. In a seemingly random experience, Forrest Gump influenced the course of history in his own way, proving that no one on earth is insignificant. However, will he find his destiny in this journey of life and stay with Jenny for the rest of his life?
