Film Introduction
Based on the true story of Jure Stek, the first Slovenian navigator to complete a solo circumnavigation of the globe, Jure Stek sailed alone eight times across the Atlantic Ocean and twice across the Indian and Pacific Oceans between 1991 and 1994, and was killed in 2009 while attempting a non-stop circumnavigation of the globe on board the Madman. In 2009, the sailor was killed while sailing the Madman on a non-stop circumnavigation of the globe. The movie depicts the amazing and heartwarming story of the family of this crazy sailor from the point of view of Steck's son.
