Film Introduction
In 1982, a young policeman who grew up in one of Madrid's poorest neighborhoods arrives to work in a seaside town where he hopes to cure his daughter's illness while gaining peace and tranquility. Once there, however, he realizes that the circumstances surrounding the murder of his predecessor's police officer are still in doubt and is drawn into the investigation of the case. The investigation leads him to a beach hotel where a group of ex-Nazi officers wanted by several countries for crimes against humanity live in a tranquil paradise.
