The story takes place in a special world where people live in a movie and society is divided into three classes: protagonists, supporting roles and losers. As a "supporting character", Paula is never seen in the background, but she has always aspired to be a "leading character". However, just before the final examination, Paula's "mind reader" suddenly malfunctions. Without a soundtrack to enhance her mood, can Paula still make it to the top? Dreamspace is an anti-utopian meta-movie for moviegoers, full of retrospectives and jokes about the history of cinema, and the small supporting characters who "live for less than a minute" also have their own sad and happy lives.
