Film Introduction
The story takes place in a remote Greek village. Unable to pay his debts, Thanassis decides to form an alliance with other debtors of the same debtor, in an attempt to set new terms and conditions in order to fight against his high-handedness. However, for this group of peasants, confronting their creditors is not an easy task, everyone has a different idea of what to do, and no one can predict what will happen next.
