The Kadir's family business is not running smoothly and is experiencing cash flow problems; and, not to be outdone, a worker is seriously injured in the factory. The family weighs the legal outcome of the accident and makes the decision that if the worker's wife cannot be persuaded to sign a waiver, the blame will be placed squarely on someone in the family and he will have to flee the country to avoid jail time. Kadir has the sense to sacrifice for the family, but his reason tells him not to do so as he is getting married.
