Film Introduction
Mitchison, an elderly and virtually unknown truck driver, lives alone, suffers from an illness, and drives along the highways of Patagonia. A young hiker he meets on the road reminds him of his daughter, Irina, whom he hasn't seen in years. At the same time, Irina leaves home quietly on a boxing tour and hops into the truck of the "Four Fingers" driver, heading south. Their destinies eventually cross paths, giving them a chance to trace their pasts.
