When an explosion occurs somewhere in Hong Kong, former bomb disposal expert Poon Sik Fung (Andy Lau) is suspected by the police to be involved because he is unconscious at the scene. Poon Sik Fung (Andy Lau), a former bomb disposal expert, is suspected by the police to be involved in the incident. He can only find out the truth while on the run, however, his best friend Dong Zhuo Wen (Liu Qing Yun) and his ex-girlfriend Pang Ling (Ni Ni) tell him two very different experiences.
